St Agnes PU College students bring laurels in state level sports

Playing sports builds ones personality and teaches one to live in a better way. Getting involved in such activities teaches good values, ethics, and skills in one’s life. The person starts to have a positive outlook towards life and can easily deal with obstacles in their life.

State Level Karate Tournament
Students of St Agnes PU College had represented Dakshina Kannada team at the State Level Karate Tournament organised by St Joseph PU College in association with Department of PU Education, Shivamogga
Shrika - Gold Medal (40 kg)
Likshitha - Gold Medal (36kg)
They have been selected for the National Level Tournament.

State Level Freestyle Wrestling Tournament
In the State Level Freestyle Wrestling Tournament organised by Department of PU Education, Gadag. St Agnes PU College team represented Dakshina Kannada and won the Runner’s Up Trophy
Shamya - Gold Medal (65 kg)
Shaza - Gold Medal (72 kg)
Prerana - Silver Medal (68 kg)
Anusha - Bronze Medal (50 kg)
Arpitha - Bronze Medal (76 kg)
Shamya and Shaza have been selected for the National Level Tournament.

State Level Belt Wrestling Tournament
In the State Level Belt Wrestling Tournament organised by SRS PU College in collaboration with department of PU Education, Chithradurga, Bhargavi from St Agnes PU College had represented the Dakshina Kannada Team

State Level Dasara C M Cup – Table Tennis Tournament

In the State Level Dasara C M Cup – Table Tennis Tournament organized by Government of Karnataka – Youth Empowerment and sports department at Mysore, St Agnes PU College student has brought laurels to the institution by winning in various categories.
