AGNO CHEF - Cooking without Fire

AGNO CHEF the "Cooking without Fire" held at St Agnes PU College on 5 December 2023, featured a together a spectrum of culinary enthusiasts who demonstrated their skill and ingenuity in preparing delectable dishes without the conventional use of heat. Participants embraced creativity and resourcefulness to present a diverse array of culinary delights and showcased a myriad of inventive and delicious dishes. Department of Home Science organized this competition to emphasize innovative and unconventional approaches to preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes, fostering resourcefulness and out of box thinking in the kitchen.

The names of the dishes were created innovatively by using the first alphabet of the names of the participants of the team.

The winners of the competition are as follows:
