Counselling Session for I PU Students
“Emotional wellbeing is just as important to us as Breathing!”
Abhayaa Womens’ Forum conducted a counselling session on 12th June 2023 in the college auditorium. Mrs PrecillaD’Silva, The Former HOD of Dept. of Zoology and Dean of Biology Sciences of St Aloysius College, Mangaluruwas the resource person. Ms Crystal, Dept. of Mathematics welcomed and introduced the chief guest and the I PUC students.
Madam shared her personal experience with the students. She said that counselling is just a talking therapy,briefed the significance of counselling and stressed on EQ, IQ & SQ. She interacted with the students and gave them pointers how to express their feelings.
The session was compered by Ms Harsha. The Principal SrNorineDSouza, Convenor Dr Tressie witnessed the session.
