Kannada Essay Writing Competition

A Kannada Essay Writing Competition was conducted in our college on 18-08-2026 with great enthusiasm. The competition was organised with the aim of encouraging students to develop their interest in the Kannada language, creativity, and critical thinking.

The topic given to the First PUC students was “Preeti – Tyagada Prateeka” (Love – A Symbol of Sacrifice), while the topic for the Second PUC students was “Yuvajanate Haagu Desha” (Youth and the Nation).

The students presented their ideas with originality, creativity, and good language skills. Their essays were carefully examined and evaluated by the judges.

First Place: Tanmaya Acharya – II HEPP
Second Place: Shalom – II CEBA
First PUC:
First Place: Chinmayi – I BEBA
Second Place: Kanchana P. M. – I HEPP
Third Place: Kavya – I PCMC D

The winners were declared by the judges and appreciated for their excellent writing and creativity. The enthusiasm, originality, and love for the Kannada language displayed by the participating students were truly commendable.

The competition was a meaningful opportunity for students to enhance their language skills, literary interest, creative thinking, and ability to express their ideas effectively.
